We personalize sessions to cater the unique needs of both players and parents, ensuring everyone is engaged and supported. Coach Lydia brings a diverse background to the game, having played every position throughout her career. Her extensive knowledge not only enhances player performance but also fosters a positive and communicative atmosphere on the court. Alongside Eric, she understands what high school and collegiate coaches seek during recruitment. Together, they ensure that even beginner players enjoy the game while developing their skills.
Coach Eric
With over 20 years of coaching experience, Eric began his volleyball career while playing for the UTSA Men's Club Volleyball team. Post graduation, Eric continued to play through USAV, and ultimately began coaching with a brief stint as an assistant coach for Homecourt America before jumping on with the Alamo Volleyball Association. At Alamo, Eric gained more experience throughout the years by coaching teams at various tournaments/qualifiers, and ultimately earning bids and coaching at Nationals at the Open and National levels. Eric has worked with young talent from all over Sant Antonio and the surrounding areas, and has loved seeing a number of his players play at the D1/D2 level.
While obtaining his masters degree, Eric assisted coached for two years at the University of the Incarnate Word.
Eric has a deep understanding of the game, and a proven track record for motivating his players while recognizing where improvements can be made. Eric takes pride in being a mentor and an additional positive force in the lives of his players.
